I’ve been deprived of “high tea” for 22.75 years of my life, and I’m not happy about it. My roommates and I went to the Crosby Street Hotel in Soho on Sunday afternoon for some tea and “snacks.”
Snacks is in quotations, because I thought I would be hungry afterwards. We were all silent in food and tea comas within thirty minutes.
This was my first experience and it’s definitely placed my expectation bar extremely high. Judging by the whopping price I will not be doing this often, but it was well worth it.
