The Power of Now

I find myself thinking about the past, which fills my head with both resentment and nostalgia. To rid of these thoughts, I think about the future. I’ve realized I fail to fully live in what’s most important, which is right now. So, here’s to counting the number of leaves on that tree, feeling the sore blisters on my feet, and absorbing everything that has to do with right now.

Thank you Dorothy for lending me this book. I can’t say I agree with the entire book, but there are important lessons throughout the book that I walk away feeling better and one step closer to enlightenment.
