Bangkok, Thailand

With a few hours to kill before our flight from Bangkok to Phuket, Dorothy and I visited the Grand Palace. Within 30 minutes of being there, we were drenched in our own sweat and called it a day. The monsoon humid heat in combination with the enclosed area with the precious stones and reflective gold, left us panting for water and cool air.

Nonetheless, the Grand Palace was an incredible site to see.

We knew there was a strict dress code, and had researched it beforehand. We both wore t-shirts, long pants, with sandals with straps, and we were able to get in just fine 🙂
